Open the 'Npay' application from the terminal's home screen, select the option to print reports for 'Today' or 'Yesterday', and confirm to print.
Go to the 'Transactions' app, locate the original transaction, select the refund option, enter the amount (if partial), tap the original card used for the transaction, and select whether to print the receipt.
