How do I pair my Cochlear Wireless TV Streamer to my sound processor?
Ensure the TV Streamer is powered on. Turn your sound processor OFF, then press the pairing button on the TV Streamer once (the yellow light will flash). Turn the sound processor ON within 20 seconds to establish the pairing.

What batteries should I use with the Cochlear Nucleus 8 Sound Processor?
Use two new 675 (PR44) high-power zinc air disposable batteries designed specifically for hearing implant use. Do not use standard alkaline or silver oxide batteries, as they will not function correctly.

Ensure your sound processor is paired to a compatible smartphone. Open the Nucleus Smart App Menu, choose Settings, tap 'Audio streaming', and follow the on-screen prompts to enable streaming from your phone.
