  Download the ECOVACS HOME App, verify your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, and follow the in-app instructions to pair your robot. You may need to press the reset button or Wi-Fi button on the robot to enter pairing mode.

• Why is my DEEBOT not charging?

  Ensure the charging dock is plugged into a working outlet and that the robot's charging contacts are clean and aligned with the dock's pins. If the battery is completely drained, you may need to manually place the robot on the dock.

• How often should I replace the filters and brushes?
